It was so nice to have such lovely service on top of the delivery which when the time came, it was dropped off early and picked up later too (definitely was able to get out monies worth 😆)
The castle was really clean from being sanitised before delivery! 3rd time booking through this company now- many more times to come ❤️🥳

Hired for 4 days over Easter bank holiday. It Arrived and collected on time and all done professionally. The only thing I would say is to let them know if you have artificial grass with a paved garden to ensure they have the correct anchorage , to secure the castle . That problem was sorted out quickly .
Kids loved it and it was something different to have as entertainment. Excellent value too.

We were meant to be going on holiday at the same time as my little boys 4th Birthday but thanks to COVID19, it got cancelled! My little boy kept asking for a bouncy castle party - which I had not planned! I was able to book a affordable bouncy castle in good time to throw together a little party for him! My son was over the moon with his “Rainbow” party and matching castle! And was even more amazed it was in our back garden all day so even before and after his friends had been to his party he had it all to himself (along with little brother). The driver was super friendly and efficient! And beforehand any queries I had regarding size and access were dealt with professionally! Every parent at the party was very impressed with the price. Thank you so much for making my boys hopes come true in the middle of COVID!

All social distancing was observed on delivery and collection and they were great about delivery times and also checking access to the garden.

Brilliant brilliant brilliant - did I mention brilliant? Fantastic service from start to finish - friendly fast communication prior to party, prompt arrival and very friendly and professional setting up , equipment all absolutely fantastic and the clear up was equally punctual easy and fast.
Great value for money I had the h-frame low bouncy castle (for a village hall) , the separate inflatable slide, inflatable ball pit , bubble machine and loaded music box plus a set of diddi cars - all for well under £200 and kept 20 4 year olds well entertained for 2 hours - none of them were ready to go home !!

Their rep was very thorough when it came to safety. They were prompt, thoughtful and provided mats and carpets for the edges. The bouncy castle with music and disco was superb. Have used these for the last 3 years for my children’s parties, would highly recommend staff are always polite and easy to contact, good price and the kids love it! This year we had to postpone last minute for a day later then originally planned and they managed to sort everything so my children could still have a bouncy castle �

Hired a big slide and an obstacle course for an event with 100 Rainbows, Brownies and Guides...it was fantastic, kids loved it and it was within our budget � Great service too, delivered, set up and collected on time with no problems, they even threw in a free bouncy castle �

I hired a soft play set and the junior sumo suits for a family party at the weekend and they were a great success, they kept the children quiet and entertained while the family had a good catch up and every said how great they were.

My daughter absolutely loves your castles, we often have them when we have a big barbecue party and they are a massive hit with all the kids. Staff are brilliant, very friendly and are great with the kids, often playing games with them when the castles are set up. Highly recommended

I have used total bounce the last 2 years for my daughters parties and once again have booked with them again for this year. They have a great selection of inflatables, are very quick to respond to your messages, helpful and fantastic on the day with a quick set up and take down. I wouldn't use anyone else!!!
