Hello from Total Bounce bouncy castle & soft play hire – Your delivery and collection times will be showing on the text message you just received on your phone – As per our terms & conditions some delivery dates and times may change to an earlier slot/day to suit the routes and to ensure we avoid the chaos on the roads at these very busy times. If moved you wont be charged extra! and collection is still on your booked day or even a day later! – Its win win!- When received your slot please let us know via text message if the slot is unsuitable for you and we will do our best to change it with you.
Please note if your delivery is on an earlier day than originally planned staff will show you how to inflate and deflate the equipment – all our electrics are waterproof and most units are showerproof – keep inflated during any rain , leave inflated for collection – only deflate in the case of high winds (none predicted!) – speak to staff for more advice. Please let us know by reply text if you have an overnight hire and the area is not safe to leave (For example front garden/driveway/public/shared space/unmanned location). If you are cancelling due to rain please let us know ASAP via email/text.
Payment is cash on delivery ONLY , if you wish to pay by bank transfer please reply back to the text immediately to request bank details – this needs to show as cleared before we load up. Delivery staff have no access to card machines or bank accounts on-site so needs to be cleared via the office. No payment on delivery , no delivery!
Please ensure you check all access is clear and there is no animal droppings in the area, ensure that an adult will be there at the times specified to sign (and pay!) and to be shown basic safety procedures.
If there is an issues with the times specified in the text message you received please reply to it ASAP and we will attempt to re-route you.
