In these difficult times we ask that the customer is able to assist us with our LOCKDOWN POLICY & STATEMENT (Formerly known as our COVID-19 On Site Strategy (COSS)) which we have derived from our Covid-19 assessments and policies, and based upon our Covid-19 Risk Assessment. Whilst we have laid out the Strategy below if you need to discuss something other than the set aside strategy (such as week day delivery) then please get in touch, we will do what we can to help, but we need to put the safety of our staff and customers on TOP PRIORITY.
We ask that any customers who have had a user with Coronavirus inform us as soon as possible to ensure units used are sanitised and taken off hire for a period of days.
Cancellations due to COVID19
If government restrictions mean that we are unable to deliver to your booking, a full refund of the deposit can be issued, or we can move it to another hire date in the future or provide a credit to the value of , for a future booking
